Welcome, to the first Lugia Club EVER!

Rules:
1. You must like Lugia.
2. You can't claim Lugia (Come on! It wouldn't be fair to the rest of us)! Of course this is inside the club. Outside the club I don't care.
3. NO SPAMMING or flamming others!
4. Please watch the club for information and updates.
5. Break any of the rules three times and you WILL be banned from the club!

Affliating Rules:
1. Your club can't be abandoned! It must have some life.
2. You flame or SPAM the Lugia-Club after you've been accepted and you're off the list.

How to join:
Send the club a note to join, or a comment on the front page (I check regularly). Then once you are accepted I will place your icon in our members list. ^^ Once accepted please place our avatar in your journal! If you don't know how to do that then listen up! Just type the following:

:icon Lugia-Club: BUT without the space. If you do it correctly you should get our icon. =3

To submit art:
Note the club with a link to your picture, I will submit it with a link to your page and the link to the original. =3
